The Calixers are humanoids from the planet Calixa, just slightly out of the Gamma quadrant. They have the ability to transform into aquatics and the ability to cloak. They have humanlike skin and humanlike eyes with shining blue translucent disc-like irises. They have telepathic abilities and can resist mind melds. Their telepathic abilities allow them to communicate with people within half a mile in a radius of them. It takes two phaser shot set on stun to actually stun them. They can also live in plasma but only for approximately 2 days. They have excellent sight and hearing. They are also resistant to heat and are capable of touching Plasman for a maximum of a minute.

[edit] The Calixer Government

The government of the Calixer Star Sovereignty is the Calixity Senate. In the senate, there is no single ruler and all decisions need the majority of the citizen�s permission (excluding decisions during wars). The government provides all needs but wants must be satisfied personally. There are also different departments that control different things. No pressure will be put on the citizens if all citizens obey the law.

The Calixers do not trade with other governments much. Instead, most vital resources and wants are already available on Calixa. The Calixers also have a stock market. It is controlled by the Department of Economy. There is a foreign section, where foreign trades are made, and intergovernmental trade, where trades from within Calixian territory are made. Calixian money is bars of Borgium, a substance made from Borg ships and tech.

The only starship captured from the Federation task force. It has been rumored that some crew were capture and released and are now living happy lives on Calixa.

(carrier) A pretty powerful starship, it may not be very heavily armed, but it sure carries a lot of fighters. This ship is named after the homeworld of the Calixers. (Battleship): Very powerful indeed, Very hard to destroy, it could probably ram a few ships before taking any damage.

(Fighter): A pretty good fighter, if in a small group, can probably destroy a cruiser.

(fighter): An average but very agile and hard to hit fighter.

(runabout): Very agile and powerful. Capable of taking on a cruiser with a slight chance of winning.

Note: Has 1 Verteron array placed in the top of it.

Ion pulse cannons: Fires pulses of ions that damage ships and also take out some of their power.

Heavy phase beam cannons: Like a phaser, but more powerful.

Pulse plasma cannons: Fires bolts of plasma.

Photon wave: Fires a giant wave of photons.

Red particle cannon: Bombards an enemy with a red beam of particles.

Blue particle cannon: Bombards an enemy with a blue beam of particles. This is more powerful than the red particle cannon.

Plasma phase disruptor: A disruptor with plasma instead.

Chroniton torpedoes: Guess, you should know.

Infinity torpedoes: (Speculated to exist)* Exists in an infinite number of quantum realities and combines on impact to the enemy ship, causing infinite damage. However, this type of torpedoes costs a lot of resources.

Particle shielding: Prevents energy or solid matter from passing through.

Enlarged cloak: capable of cloaking up to 10 ships or a whole planet.

Ion shielding: uses ion particles to shield the ship, 10 times the power. Also protects from ion storms Damage disguise: May either be used to make it seem like a ship is completely undamaged after barrage and barrage or weapons fire of make it seem like the ship is heavily damaged and disabled. Deflector shield: Just a normal deflector shield.

Kinetic shielding: You should know what it is.

Chroniton shielding: Protects from time changes. I on hull plating: Plates of ion plated over the hull.

[edit] Territory

Calixer Territory mainly consists of space around their homeworld, Calixa. They use a special system to record routes to areas and make a permanent pathway to the area, effectively providing an extremely quick way to Calixer Groups. A Group is an area temporarily (usually 400-500 years) set up in areas to study and inspect that area. If the area is worthy of settling, a small settlement is placed there to hold that area until the Calixers conquer their way there. The Calixer military is very powerful, attacking any ship that came within a range of 10 light years from their territory, so no one really goes within 10 light-years or their territory, therefore making a neutral zone. They would send planetary assault ships and carriers and fighters and cruiser across the neutral zone and attack planets near the neutral zone, pushing the neutral zone outwards. They don't like to expand everywhere though, just where they want to.

The Calixers don't really like outsiders. They don't really care about what's going on around them. If there were a massive battle where almost every government joined on one side, the Calixers wouldn't care at all. Obviously, the Calixers like to keep themselves to themselves.

[edit] Military

The Calixer Military is a massive space fleet of powerful starships. They're fleet is overwhelming in size, power and efficiency. Their tactics are also extraordinarily efficient.

Battles have been raging and war is all over the place, but does it look like they care?
